These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through artify.gg ("the Service"). By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Processing

2.1 Payment Provider

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com
  • Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record
  • Paddle handles all payment-related customer service inquiries
  • For payment-specific issues, contact Paddle support directly

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods as supported by Paddle in your region

3. Pricing and Currency

3.1 Subscription Pricing

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Monthly subscription prices:
    • Free tier: 40 credits/month
    • Basic: $9/month (800 credits)
    • Pro: $20/month (2000 credits)

3.2 One-Time Credit Packages

  • LITE: $5 (200 credits)
  • PLUS: $10 (400 credits)
  • PREMIUM: $15 (600 credits)

Free Tier

  • Image & logo generation
  • Inpainting images
  • Retexturing images
  • Depth conditioning
  • 40 credits monthly

Basic Tier

All Free tier features, plus:

  • Train your own models
  • Advanced AI
  • 800 credits monthly

Pro Tier

3.2 Credit Packages

  • One-time purchase options available
  • Credit packages are non-refundable once used
  • Credits expire at the end of subscription period

4. Billing Cycles

4.1 Subscription Billing

  • Billed monthly in advance
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Billing date based on subscription start date
  • Email notification sent before renewal

4.2 Failed Payments

  • Multiple retry attempts for failed payments
  • Service access may be limited after failed payments
  • Account suspension after prolonged payment failure

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Policy

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]
  • Refunds processed through original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

5.2 Refund Exclusions

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Usage exceeding 50% of allocated credits
  • Terms of Service violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Previous refund history

5.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime through account dashboard
  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Credits forfeit upon cancellation

6. Taxes and Fees

  • Tax handling managed by Paddle.com

6.2 International Fees

  • Currency conversion fees may apply
  • Bank or payment processor fees not included
  • Customer responsible for any transfer fees
